Toolkit?! - Oh what I'd give to have just the box! I know where it's supposed to live & I have a picnic bag jammed in the empty space, in case it generates a certain rattle. The rattle was there on purchase. Only heard at low speeds on country roads, otherwise the car is quite superb, feeling very tight & encouraging me to start chucking it around when in the right mood. Many new suspension bits in addition to those bright red coils. Sorry, off-topic, I got carried away with being in love :) Not enough time to rip the back end apart right now as we are taking it to Spain this weekend, which brings up another topic. I have four more in my head, so far :(

Thxs guys. I wish it was the exhaust shields but they are sound & it's not that 'tinny' a rattle. I'm sure it's around the back seat/boot area. How do I get the rear blind mountings? - I hope it's easier than that U.S. idea of 'high-fidelity' that is in the middle of the back shelf :(

Hi guys. This is a light rattle brought on by coarse asphalt. Putting the rear blind up or down on the move makes no difference. Thumping my fist in the boot doesn't bring it on. It doesn't feel like its coming from underneath. Any ideas?

Hello Guys .... (& Girls?) Been hankering after an LS for a while & a coil sprung, sweet starting and stopping beasty with a light coloured interior appeared. The oil looked clean, so I had to have it, & so far - 'dong' - it's been good - 'dong' - to us; it does - 'dong' - "99.9 mpg"; & when it is on smooth asphalt, & isn't going 'dong' (you all know why that is - 'dong' - Yes, it has been 'converted'; & not by vatican enterprises, afaik). It is the silkiest thing I have ever driven. I LOVE IT! - except my Iveco Daily 2.8 TD & Daihatsu Fourtrak were far quieter over coarse surfaces! GRRR.... so a separate chassis for the next Lexus flagship model please :0)
