The only down side so far of the Lexus for me is the storage... Unless there are hidden ones I have yet to find. For things like my keys, sun glasses fuel receipts coins for toll roads etc. that could be improved on.

Just bought my 1st Lexus 5 days ago, I'm 35 and my last 3 cars were a Mini Cooper, E93 BMW 320msport and an E60 BMW 520 Msport with the 5 series being the most recent. I don't see the IS300H being an old mans car. However when my folks whom are in their 70s saw it my mom said my dad should trade in his Avensis for one or the NX300h which she tried to get me to switch to. Worry about the Nx was bigger car same engine (I think) so would not be as cheap to run... Maybe in a few years time, that or another BMW convertible which was great fun but not so reliable.

From Cork here too. Picked up my Exec spec IS300H on Friday after 1st test driving and ordering one 2 weeks ago. Put almost 400kms on since picking up. Currently hitting 6.2lt/100km. Traded in a chipped 234bhp 09 520d Msport (which was hitting 5.6lt/100km) 1st time lexus, my last 3 cars were BMWs.
