  2. Hi all further to my pipe fitting query I have since changed the air strut and I have managed to snap the air supply pipe where it goes into the strut Is there any way I can modifie or get some other 5 mm pipe to fit into to strut with the raised bit to stop pressure pushing it out and join it to the existing pipe I don't really want to pay £100 for a new genuine pipe . I have seen this of a land rover with raised bits but don't know the pipe of https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F173767401969 Many thanks again Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks for all your input o far . all parts have arrived great I managed to get the smaller parts even though the shock came with them I had to go to a very helpful toyota dealer in the end as the local lexus dealer was not interested ( shame on you lexus) the parts were very resonable as it happens only a couple of quid . My next question is there anything I need to watch out for when refitting the shock and do I need bleed or reset anything?? Also the end of the air tube has been or is flat do I need to cut this back a bit so the tube is smooth where it go's into the shock. Many thanks again Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  8. Yes and what I am also saying is in years and alot of money spent on development these engines are tested well in the extremes that the engine is likely to ever see and more so like testing in sub zero temperatures and generally thrashed to breaking point Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  9. Sorry but an engine doesn't need to warm up just get in and go it won't do any harm I work for a standby genset manufacturer the customers of these engines don't want to sit and idle there engines they want power and they want it now!!!!! I think the standered is from initial start up to full load in around 15 seconds and it can stay there for days on end The tolerances of modern engines and millions of pounds of development it takes to put an engine into the public hands they can cope with a lot more than you think. 10. We have just changed our tyres on out rx300 same size tyre we changed from oem bridgstones to avon zx7 just under £100 a corner and very good noise rating and what a transformation it has been very quite and the car sticks to the road now. My only concern is they are A rated in the wet so may wear quickly only time will tell. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
