One other question. It’s a 2013 but it has the older wheels on.  I right in thinking in 2012 they changed the wheels for a different style and they were wider?

So, have the wider wheels been replaced with the older narrower ones, or did they also make that design wider too?

For the few days a year we get snow ( down sarth ) I would just leave it on the drive or in the garage and use another car or get a cab.

17 red in total  UK cars. - Only 2 in 2012, so indeed the rarest colour for an ISF.

having said that, if Connor got a decent px value and as I got the car fixed at the dealer’s cost, two out of three of us did okay.  The issue with the transmission cooler and the road wasn’t the dealer’s responsibility.  The party who should have held its hands up was the manufacturer.  A car like this should not be written off after nine years because of a duff design and it is hardly in the interests of Lexus to tell their customers that the car has a ten year life expectancy.  Lexus should have fixed this one and warned others to have the rad changed.

Why a duff design ? Technically.

Given that there are several thousand cars in the US and several hundred in the UK  that haven't had this issue it's a bit premature to write off the design due to one example.

Am i right in thinking that if a car comes with a warranty, that provided the service history is maintained by Lexus then it can be extended beyond the 10yrs of the original reg date of the car?

Audi R8 V10 or ISF/GSF/LC/LFA is one thing, but a 15yr old clapped out motorbike with an open pipe is another🤐

Since 2016 DB level for new cars is 74 decibels. Not sure if this applies to motorbikes - have you heard a Harley or Ducati with loud pipes !

I have pretty much decided that I'm going to go for a Blue or White ISF. 

However I have not seen either colour in the metal. 

If some kind owner would be prepared to show me their car it would be really appreciated. Although I'm an old fella, I promise not to drool on your paintwork 😃

Any recommendations for Lexus or Independent dealerships that  tend to have ISF cars up for sale.

Ideally in the south east, but happy to consider anywhere if the car is right.

My preference is for post 2010 with sunroof and in blue or white 😀
