I bought my car 6 weeks ago and have yet to get my V5C. DVLA website states if you do not have it in 6 weeks phone them. Their answerphone says they are not open. It then says send in a form V62 with your green slip. It then goes on to say do not send any paper applications. They insist that you MOT and RFL your car but says you can only do that with the aforementioned green slip ( that you have sent in) It then says that you can get a MOT free extension. All very confusing!

If that is all then I can do that😃

I want to put a new battery in but am concerned that the computer may throw a fit and give me all sorts of problems. Am I being over anxious or are there problems?

When i bought her ,i knew the grill was cracked. I will easy find one of them says me. Now not so easy. iIt is a facelift model and has a 24 slat grill. I want to keep her original but all the ones i see have 36 ish slats. Was there something odd about 2009 release? Also it has very little air flow and seems almost blanked off?

Where or how do you find out what years satnav is running in your is 250? Thinking of updating but not sure what I am running now.

I cannot find any info where people have fitted these. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?Has anyone fitted some and if so where did you pick up the power?

So as above, day 2 and a very steep learning curve is leaving more questions than answers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The water temp. gauge is showing just below half way. Is that normal? I cannot get the mobile phone to work. Although it connects via bluetooth , the incoming call sounds like a machine gun with a clatter of static like noise. My top grill is cracked and i have been looking for a replacement. Mine has 24 slats and all the ones i see on eBay have lots more. Is there a size difference in these grills or was it just a style difference? My animal is 2009 and i saw somewhere that there was a facelift around that time? If so what to look for and did that affect the grill? The plastic insert is cracked where somebody hit it above the VX. Finally (for today)in the center armrest is a small 5mm? socket . What is that for? Once again any tips would be appreciated
