  1. Hi. Thank you. The arm seem ok. Its the spindal is clips onto that's broken. i can probably live without fixing it, unless i can get parts cheap.
  2. I replaced my TPMS back in November. I had a local tyre shop remove the old OEM ones. I photographed the serial numbers and emailed them to TMPS Warehouse. They quickly posted me 4 new ones, cloned to match the OEM ones. Once fitted, the error lights went away. Cost just over £182 for 4, delivered. (I have a picture of the new ones in my gallery)
  3. Hi there. I have a UK 2006 GS300, and found this in the passenger footwell. I've taken out the glove box and knee airbag assembly and can't see where it would have come from. All the cream coloured air flow bits seem intact and work as they should. Any ideas...?

New gear selector knob, fitted. Pretty smart looking. I like the walnut colour; it matches the original trim panels close enough for me.

The chrome OEM knob next to my new walnut trimmed eBay special, from China. It was just under £20, delivered in 8 days from China. No import fees to pay either.

  6. I just fitted US spec (boot lid) rear tail lights. I think it looks so much better and is quite a subtle mod. (My guess is only GS owners would even notice.)

I love the LED bars. I just fitted these US, boot lid tail lights. With the help of an LED bulb and a little rewiring, the drivers side reversing light is now a fog light (MOT compliant) and works a treat.

  9. Hi, It is worth advising that Parcelforce exclude "Automotive vehicle parts and body work for example but not limited to doors, bumpers, headlights and other large body parts or panels" for compensation for loss or damage, on all their services. My experience, finding this out the hard way, selling a car tail light on eBay and shipping it via Parcelforce 48 from my local post office. For this service "...delivery time is guaranteed. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated time, we’ll refund 25% of the delivery cost and we also cover you against loss or damage up to £100." When asked by the post office, I told them what was being sent. As an agent for Parcelforce services, it is unfortunate for me, they were not aware of the 'Automotive parts' exclusion. Parcelforces' claims team later said their "...advertised conditions of carriage hold a full list of exclusions which the sender should familiarise themselves with prior to using our services." It did take them nearly 3 months to realise my item was excluded, and point this out to me. In the mean time, the unfortunate buyer and I had wasted lots of time with correspondence, filling forms out and providing evidence of the damage. Lesson learnt. I am out of pocket for the initial and return shipping. I do, however, now have the broken, virtually worthless, tail light back.
  10. Hi. It is a 2006, two owner car and my father-in-law has owned it since 2010. I had the opportunity to buy it from him and love it. Needs some tidying up cosmetically but mechanically is tip top, with only 59k miles.
  11. Hi. Sorry, its wasn't me. Mine is Canterbury Blue and parked up in Surrey until lockdown is over.
  12. Hello. This is my first Lexus - a lovely low mileage GS300. I used to have a Toyota (MR2 mk2, rev5 GT-T Bar) and was a member of their owner club. From what view read so far on this forum, Lexus owners are an equally friendly bunch.
