Well I've reluctantly cancelled my NX350H in Sonic White with rose seats and sunroof. Reason being that every ETA I've been given hasn't happened and the latest promise was Nov which I've been told will not happen. Lexus customer service have been absolutely brilliant though.They did all they could to get me to change my mind but its too late as I've had a call from my local Mercedes dealer to tell me theyve got a cancelled C class Premium available. I've decided to take it and I pick it up this weekend. I'm a little bit sad that I wont be a Lexus owner this time around but the main reason for me cancelling has been the lack of communication and the sudden availability of the C Class. As I said eralier Lexus customer services themselves have been excellent but I can't say the same about the Lexus dealer. So I'll be waving goodbye to this forum of which I've become quite attached. I would have been very surprised if they didn't have a reversing camera. Are you enjoying your car? Is it as good as they say? What's your average MPG

I can't see anywhere were it mentions reversing camera. Does anybody know how long it takes for delivery once its gone into build? Does anybody know if the NX 350H with premium pack has a reversing camera?

I wonder why they didn't accept my cancellation?

It's amazing how the dealers have given people different lengths of time before they get their new car. I ordered my 350 with premium pack back in Feb and have been given so many dates. First of all July then Sep now November. I tried to cancel but was talked out of it by my dealer with the threat of them not giving me my deposit back. They could easily have accepted my cancel request as the car has gone up in price since I ordered back in Feb. They didn't want me to cancel and even offed a couple of free services. It must be as frustrating for the dealer as it is for us.

It states about 47mpg in the NX forum but i reckon that wouldn't be normal. I went for a test drive a while ago and the average was 38mpg. Others state they've been getting almost 50mpg

What MPG did you manage from Peacehaven to Derby and back?

That's excellent. A salesman took me for a spin in a NX350H and his total average was 38.5

How many mpg are you getting pout of your NX350H?

I ordered the exact same as you mid Feb and its now gone back to November. I was told its 3 months away once its gone into build. I was also told my vehicle will not show on the app until i have the VIN !! Can you explain how you are able to see your vehicle when you dont have the VIN?

I popped into a dealer in Reading and he told me if I ordered a new NX 350 today there would be a 14 month wait!!

Popped into my local Lexus today and he told me that the likely delivery for my ordered in Feb NX350 is more than likely going to be in 2023. He couldn't explain why my dealer suggested July then Sep then November. He did say that they'll honour the price and that the wait will be worth it.
