    My first time buying a Lexus. To be honest not having that good a feeling about the brand. Felt special with the dealership until I paid my deposit. No updates on delivery, the app being low quality. Have I done the right thing in ordering?

    Had a call from my Cardiff dealership out of the blue this afternoon. You reckon dealerships have started reading this forum? First call from them for 2 months as i called them with the issue of the Lexus Link which they sorted. Was told that my 4 Feb order for an NX 350h F Sport would be with me in November. Fingers crossed 🤞

    I made a fuss via Lexus own web site and my dealership contacted me. It's the dealership that adds your order details onto the App

    I ordered my 350 FSport on the 4th Feb was told Sep/Oct two months ago. So to be told Dec/Jan has changed a lot. My original salesperson has left Cardiff Lexus and I feel a lack of support. Hey ho, maybe a Xmas present! If it goes back any further I will insist that I pick the car up on 1 Mar 23 to get a 23 plate.
