  1. I picked up my NX450h+ last week in October. All fine until 18 Jan when had engine warning light come on with message Plug in charging system malfunction. Booked into dealer but had to wait just over a week. Within 4 days warning lights disappeared. Three weeks later they came back on with same message. Again booked into dealer and again they disappeared the day before going into garage. Mechanics cannot find anything wrong as warnings not showing when in their garage. But they have said it is probably my cable that I’m using to charge vehicle. I have a Hypervolt fixed cable charger, which I’ve used since picking up car and really don’t believe how it can be this that is causing warning messages. Car has been charging fine even when these warnings have been displayed. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
  2. Thank you for explaining. I hadn’t realised that you need various subscriptions to use public chargers. Naively I assumed you just go to a charger and use debit or credit card to charge car. Didn’t know most use an RFID card or their own app.
  3. So far I have only charged at home using my Hypervolt charger app, which works fine. But thought I’d try the Lexus app so I know how it works when at a public charger but I can’t get it to work and wondered if I’m missing something.
  4. Can anyone help me? Is it possible to charge the car using the Lexus App? So far, it won’t let me unlock the charging station. Says I need to link to multimedia but I have done that and it has not made any difference. When I check account it says it is all active but I am not even able to set journey from App, or have I misunderstood that you can. The app is picking up everything else like previous journeys and car status etc.
  5. I ordered the NX450h+ Takumi on 12th March. Initial delivery date was Aug/Sept. Now October. I’m just happy it has now been started.

  7. Has anyone found out if this 'put on hold' applies cars destined for the UK or is it just North America?
