  1. Was it PeterP18 you were thinking of?
  2. Thanks for responding, but I think I've got something lined up now.
  3. That's an interesting idea, thanks. I only live about 45 mins from H&S, so I'll drop them a line and see what they reckon. It is a full system. I have driven a completely stock ISF and the intake noise was still a big enough draw without the drama from the exhaust. Might have something to do with being a previous owner of VTEC engines. Good to have options.
  4. Thanks for the pointer on the spot welds. I've seen quite a few posts about missing tips and would be keen to avoid the same fate!
  5. Hi all, This is probably going against the grain a little... I bought my ISF with an aftermarket exhaust installed (possibly an H&S, but without a ramp to inspect I can't be sure) and, although it sounds biblical when I'm in the mood to thrash it, motorway drone at 1.5k-2k and verging on ridiculous cold starts early in the morning are starting to grate (we have a shared driveway). Having looked at other options, I keep coming back to moving to a standard set up. There are a couple up on eBay at the moment but thought I'd ask here first. Has anyone got one in decent condition with tips for sale? Bonus points if in the Essex/Suffolk area. Cheers
  6. That seems quite the bargain. Is it just me, or is that a lighter grey body colour than we got over here?
  7. I've managed to get some on order from Japan (UK sellers wanted twice the price!) using the part references from Lexus Parts Direct. One more question: did you get an alignment done following installation? Seems some did and some didn't on the US forums.
  8. That's great, thank you. They are the ones shared with the RCF, is that correct?
  9. Hi all, Looking at refreshing the LCAs on my ISF as a part of a general refresh and wondered what is recommended in terms of parts. I know the US guys generally go with Figs or RR racing, but are there any other options I should be considering? Full arms or just the bushings? I'd be ideally looking at OEM or OEM+ in terms of hardness, as I'm not planning sticking the car on track and the country roads near me are fairly dire. Cheers
  10. I understand your disappointment and invite you to pm me if you're interested in what I thought. I personally prefer to speak to those parties looking to view directly in detail. Also, if you take a look back at some older threads, this car has previously been mentioned by others in a negative light.
  11. I went to see the blue one GMB is talking about and recommend you steer clear, as it's not in great shape and the dealer is tricky. D3ron is one of the forum members and his car is currently up for sale on AT, if you don't mind the mileage. If I were still in the market, I'd definitely be travelling to Leicester to see the 25k car with 50k-ish miles. Better budget for at least a rad and water pump change whatever you do. Valley plate leaks are certainly becoming more common now, too.
