    As we do not know the additional cost as per yet, I would say the figures are mighty impressive, and I am pleased to be in the first batch of delivery in the UK. The off road issue is not important to me (having driven a Range Rover for five years without having been off road once). The comfort, the reliability and of course the reduced impact on the environment are all key factors for my decision to buy the RX400h.

    But guys, that's where the RX400H come into the picture. Imagine if Toyota is successful in their application for the car's exemption to the City of London congestion charge!! Exactly for the same reasons you all mention above, I am replacing my 2001 Range Rover Vouge with a RX400H as soon as it is delivered in the UK (ordered one in December 2004). As they say "have your cake and eat it as well". Cheers Carsten

    Hi, I was not quoted a specific price, but the sales team was under the impression it would retail at approx. £5k above the RX300. It would be rather nice if there was more activity on this subject from members who may be in a similar situation (i.e. having paid deposit and looking forward to delivery). New to this board, it seems to be very 'stationary' - am I wrong? Cheers Carsten
