  1. ***MODERATOR/ADMINISTRATORS I dont know how to put posts up in the 'buy and sell' forums as it sais i do not have permission although i am a gold member!!!**** After selling up my IS for a soarer i still have these parts open to offers.... I have one altezza Torsen LSD with less than 20K on it in purrfect nick and one complete set of coilovers from the infamous Kei Office Japan with top mounts and fully adjustable. They are very lightweight and of the highest quality! I just wished they had arrived before i sold the IS just to see how awesome they really are when fitted! Anyway... im open to serious offers although im sure ill be loosing money on both as i payed £400 for LSD and £600 for Kei Office coilovers!!! But im not looking for that sort of money. They are both on Ebay if you want to see pictures and i can send extra pics if you like. Please email on NI_cad7@hotmail.com with any questions Cheers guys! :D :D
  2. Id go for the styling ones. They look bigger and definatly suit the car more. where can you get those TTE 9 spoke wheels? They are beautiful!!! Any idea on costs?
  3. i had the enjoyment of following a black IS200 this evening. Around the roundabouts at amesbury off the A303. Had a sweet exhaust.....was pretty low....and had a TTEsupercharger. You must be a LOC member!!!! Id love to check out your car mate if possible, ive just started to modify my lex and would like to see what youve done. You seemed to pull away rather quickly so my mate couldnt keep up in his lil scoobooby! :D :D :D
  4. Ah man i would have loved to have them. Ive just had to pay out for some coilovers that i couldnt let get away! Sorry matey! :)
  5. Just managed to get hold of some kei office coilovers off ebay for an absolute bargain! (£610 inc shipping/insurance from japan.) will post a review and pics of what should a fairly awesome suspension system. anyway, my point is that if anyone needs some exotic and rare parts like these ill forward you this guys email who can source them new or second hand n japan! :D
  6. Got any pics of them mate? Sounds good though :D Just wanna see how deep they are. Sure you dont wanna get rid of your racing hart's for that price :winky:
  7. Ive found a nice set on ebay from the states sum 18" deep dish stern wheels in chrome. would look awesome on my graphite lex and theyre going for around £700 + including shipping/insurance!!! So i need them to be the correct offset of higher Thanks for your quick reply mate! What have you got then that i may be interested in?
  8. I understand that an IS200 stud pattern and offset is 5x114.3 40mm offset. Is this correct and if i wanted to buy some wheels in the correct stud pattern but with a 35mm offset can i just use spacers to push them out??? or are there other problems involved? Please advise guys i know you can help!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. I have the same problem when braking just before i come to stop or apply a fair amount of pressure i get a 'clunk' sound. Has only just started over the past week!!!! if any of you find out what it is please let us know!
  10. I sent him an email about the gaskets. He sais this was the info given by his dealer and hes knows nothing. Not suprised!
  11. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...4538422659&rd=1 this link is for a 'performance' gasket set for the IS200 and GS300 or toymoto Supra? any ideas on a 2JZ-GE IS200? are the gaskets the same seing as are lil IS200's are 2litre?
  12. where can you buy these covers from????? i want! i want!
  13. ahh i jus been stood outside bloody WHSmiths! ah well ill be back down there in a minute! Congratulations matt! The monster is F****NG AWESOME!!! :winky: Im sick with jelousy :winky:
  14. so how can i tell if its an LSD? eitherway it doesnt even have the driveshaft to LSD flanges on it. gotta find out if i can use my is200 flanges from my diff! thanks for all your help today matt, ur a star! :D
  15. im gonna have a go at doing mine over the weekend. that link ive posted seems abit crazy putting your headlights in the oven! i think ill try it with the hair dryer first!!! i let you know how i get on. im just gonna spray the lights first not angel eyes :)
  16. As far i know mate you have to dismantel the headlights. as the kits only supply the halo rings. it all seems pretty straight forward. this link should help; http://www.altezzaclub.org.au/diy/painting_headlamps.pdf
  17. cheers for that thread tho. it has confirmed (at least i think) that mine is from an altezza. it looks exactly the same. although that pic show it also with a four bolt fitting?(altezza diff) ahh but the driveshaft/diff flang has 6. this LSD hasnt even come with these driveshaft/diff flanges!!! is it possible to fit my for stud flanges into this?(going crazy now!!)
  18. but can i drift with it? ths as200 is japans is200 so will it even be an LSD? ive been searching threads about drifting and lsd's all morning!!!
  19. well this "LSD" has definatly got for holes! I just read through this whole post......................WOW i guess you must be pretty bored of all this praise! but i was feelin excited just readin through it all. i cant wait to see it in action. interesting loosing 35Kg? on the A/C. might be doing that. would you also gain power due to less weight/strain on the flywheel/engine? why did you have you bolt the plexi glass in on the side windows? could you not just feed it onto the runners and glue it in?
  20. Speak of the devil my altezza LSD has just turned up! Did they do the rear screen aswell? Its gonna be awesome when it is finally finished. id love to have the time n money to do all that!!!! do your know how many studs the propshaft has to connect to the diff on a normal is200? i thought it was 3. i cant check coz my cars away at the spray shop. but this altezza LSD has 4.
  21. ah yeh there goes my plans for the satin black then! :) it did look good tho. where did u manage to get hold of the plexiglass? is was thinking of replacing the B pillar back with it.
  22. yeh that was for a second hand one from altezza scott. I havent even received it yet n its useless and over priced! i wonder if he'll take it back? how much are 2 way ones then?
  23. Sorry ive just realized im going completely off topic What was wrong with the satin black? I think a block dark grey would look mean! or if you want something brighter............. yeh that blue is best definatly.
  24. I am planning on stripping alot of this luxury sh :tsktsk: t out!.... i bet these elecric seats weigh a fair amount. What would you suggest stripping apart from the obvious? I want to keep the dash n door cards in front. i will be after c/f bonnet and boot. As for the power side of it, i recon with a few basic 'free HP' mods and a few weightloss mods n plenty of revs ill get her sideways. its more fun when youve really got to throw her to loose grip, but my diff is letting me down! Although hopefully early next year ill be after a supercharger As the monster guy sais (sorry i dont know your names :D ), i think its about sorting the handling first. So whats the deal with the altezza diff? have i just thrown away £475? I will def be up for a drift learning day. How do you post links? iv got an awesome twin drift clip of 2 altezzas
