Outside Air Temperature Sensor

Hi folks

I have purchased a new air temp sensor as my car currently reads "--". I have read that it is located somewhere behind the bumper offside. However I simply can't find it. Is this a bumper off / wheel arch lining job off, or am I being dense?

Hello Vin, the sensor is clipped to the bottom of the ecu box on right side of engine bay as you open bonnet, Probably be easier to reach if you remove passenger wheel arch liner.

If you watch a male goose (a gander) besides a pond it will often stretch its neck and look around 360 degrees. That's where having a gander comes from :)
