Can someone explain step by step how to change the oil in the manual gearbox??

That was a plug I have used to put new oil in. Is taht the correct one? do i have put oil untill it will overflow from that plug? Or what is the correct way to do it. Also I have used Carlube 75/90 semi syntetic oil

75W/90 is fine so long as it meets API GL-3.

The fill plug is on the side and it should take about 1.8 litres to fill. The level should be between 0 and 5mm from the plug level. So yes, normally you fill until it just starts to come out of the plug hole.
