Someone please help me...

I have a 2001 is200 its failed it's not the other day due to the handbrake light being on I have tried everything, I've checked the brake lights, changed the handbrake switch, checked the flot in the brake fulid and the fuse everything seems ok and it still will not go out when I realise the hand brake.

Also I have that traction control doesn't come on when pushing the button but it lights on the Dashboard when I turn the ignition on .

If someone can help I be so grateful.
