Hello people in the know....I have just been given another rear diff. Was told by the guy I can have it as its only the standard one not the special one as he put it. So I says thanks n all that & takes it home. When I removed the diff cover I found this. image.jpeg

i believe this is the special one as he put it. Looks pretty much like an LSD to me. Has anyone ever carried out a diff swap or removal & refit on an is200 before. If so. Is it a straight forward job. Any info would be much appreciated.
