On lIne ordering Lexus Parts Direct

I ordered a few items from Lexus Parts Direct last week as seemed good value, but across three orders on the same day. Rear bumper, cover some Faraday bags and some car care stuff ,plus some other biits and bobs.

Very good service they called me on the phone the next day to say they would treat all as one order, then refunded me the postage on two of the orders via pay pal, again the same day. 

Incidently, they then actualy had to send me two packages due to shape of rear pumper protector, but still only charged for one parcel.

I had used another Lexus specialist on the internet the week before who sent me the wrong boot liner (mine is not hybrid) but it showed as fitting my car on thier e bay account, actually only fitting the hybrid version. Then I had to re packackage, drag to the collect plus site via the eBay system and return, having to take the full cost of the return postage which was rather poor service in my opinion. You would have thought they would have arranged collection as their mistake not mine or at least sent a returns label by e mail or post. Plus I had ordered several other items off them so was a returning customer, but wont be again. Anyway, from my experience I will  LPD in future.
