door lock problem with door locks.

When opening the drivers door on my 2008 is250 I often find that the hazard lights flash 5 or more times and the lock activates at the same time. Only happens when I use the exterior black rubber switch, not when I use the remote. Has  anyone else experienced this on their is250. If so have they any advice on stopping it happening. Is the black rubber switch not for locking rather than opening? Mine opens by putting hand inside handle.

Thanks for info. Solved by holding door lock switch on drivers door down for 5 plus seconds. Seems to have hone back to factory settings.
