Just reading the news and it seems as if France is imposing a super tax levy on heavy SUVs

This seems to apply right now to German marques especially but where France goes the world might follow

The intention to make the owners pay for improving Climate conditions

So be warned if you're moving from a simple and comparatively lightweight  :unsure:  Ls car to a SUV at some time .........  especially if you go to France

I do remember that my Mk3 Ls400 is actually now banned in and around Paris ...  how sad :thumbsup:

I just wonder how long it will be before the EU courts rule this illegal the way they did when the French tried to bring in the breathalyser laws a few years ago ... when they only allowed "official" recognised breathalysers that ended up being the ones made by two companies that had connections with French MP's.
