Rx450h parts to lube up

I got myself a tube of white grease and wanted to lube up all thr moving parts i can to prolong lifespan of my 2012 rx450h I am thinking of following items Sunroof rails Rear boot motor Seat rails Question is is there a lube guide or how to? And also anywhere elelse that would benefit from being lubed up.no smart comment please:-)
