Lexus is 220d stuttering on engine start

So my lexus is 220d sport 2006 is having issues where when cold start the engine sometimes stutters to start and revs go up and down or sometimes it just doesnt start and dies.

 

Battery is fine.

turbo fine

dpf is fine also.

no faults showing on techstream.

 

gets a good run everyday pretty much.

any ideas what could be cause of this.

Hi, just a couple of things, the IS220 is quite Battery dependent. The fuel filter needs replacing regularly despite the long intervals Lexus give. Also clean the EGR valve, if you haven't already. Last, and the most fiddly, is new heater plugs, its one of them engines that need good heater plugs.
