Canbus invasion - more "good" news for Lexus owners

As if Catalytic Converter theft, and keyless relay theft were not enough, now this:

There are videos on YouTube of crooks pulling out the front left hand side wheel arch liner, cutting a canbus cable, then using a device to unlock and start the car in under 2 minutes.

So after switching off my keyless entry, installing a catloc, I now need to reinforce my inner LH wheel arch, never ends, buying a tank next time!

Up until this point been trying to defend without the need for a cumbersome wheel lock, maybe finally give in (although an old IS300H probably not on the top of the wish list, they'll be going for nearly new SUV models for best resale/return on their ill gotten gains).
