Front Drivers Side Door - Leather Fix

I'm in Croatia and I dont think Lexus offers just part of the stitching repair, rather the whole thing has to be replaced. Anyone know how I can find this exact part. I have a 2013 Lexus IS300H

I think it would be cheaper to replace the whole panel. Just looked threw the e-net, there is an offer for used one £28.

Sounds from the above like replacement may be a cheap option but you would most likely have to DIY. Here in the UK most garages are very reluctant to install used parts as their insurance doesn't cover it. Some might help you for cash in hand - off the books. Not sure how it is in Croatia. 

Alternatively consider going to an upholstery repair place and they should be able to fix it. They will fill it with leather filler and match the paint/dye to the rest of the panel.
