Aftermarket Gearknob Review

So after having toyed with the idea for a while I finally bought an aftermarket gearknob from aliexpress along with a few other accessories. Got it because the original one had a lot of wear. This one cost me £32 in total including shipping etc. the list price was £26.69 and arrived in under 2 weeks. 

Overall it appears to be of very good quality. Definitely better than the original that came standard with the 2014 executive. The silver portion feels like real metal but i can't tell for sure. The black leather matches the seats better than the grey that the original came with. Even the metal portion has a golden silver hue which matches the ac vents and door trim better than the original silky silver that the car came with. If lexus sold this it could easily pass as original, look wise at least. 

The thing i didn't like is the centre portion (the metal) has a satin finish and gathers oils and fingerprints from touching and they are very visible. so looks like i will have to keep cleaning it. 

Whats left to see is how durable it is and how much it can withstand wear. But overall for £32 it seems like a better option vs paying £70 for the original basic one.
