Seat setting

Hi, I've just taken delivery of my new Lexus NX350h. After we save the seat, mirror, etc. settings on the manual set on the door using no. 1 and 2, if we then plug our phones in and use Android Auto (which also has our settings) the manual settings are wiped, and if you press 1 or 2 nothing happens. Am I over looking something or is it a case of using manual settings or Andtoid Auto settings but you can't  have both??  Thanks

It shouldn't do that ,,are you pressing set then number 1 on the door pad ?,

I had a similar problem with my NX450. The seat limits had not been set. To set these I turned on the power without touching the brake pedal then moved the seats all the way forward to the end stop and then all the way back. After that all memory functions worked fine. Dosn't mention this in my user guide.
