The RZ update has now been delayed indefinitely because of problems installing on existing cars although new builds have it as standard. This from Lexus cs before Christmas and they are waiting for Japan to come up with a solution

The update files have arrived at my dealer today

I came across a very detailed review and comparison in Car Magazine. A UK magazine so without the American bias. I found it very interesting seeing the ‘official ranges’ versus their actual test ranges. They tested in fairly cold conditions with heating on at reasonably fast driving. The Polestar particularly, makes the RZ (especially after the upgrade) look a much better option

What can be done??? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR NOT DOING ALL MY RESEARCH. DO WE HAVE ANY LEGAL RECOURSE (LEMON LAW?).  Switch and bate? They advertise 225 mile on full charge or something over 200. I've had my car since October 2023. First charge gave me like 220, then it started decreasing to 215, 211, 205, 200, 199, 198 and today, March 2024 194!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON??? I've only had the car for 5 months!!!  What can I do? I don't want this car. I want my money back.  I appreciate any help, resources or guidance here.  Thank you!

The laws in the US are entirely different to here in the UK. As you are in the US your car probably hasn’t had the update our cars in the UK have - makes a big difference in the predicted range when you have the heating or ac on.
