Following the recent over-the-air upgrade, I get this screen on start up. The dealer has told me to "reset the key". Requests for details have not yet arrived. I can't find anything in the manual or in the menus in the car.  It's not a problem, just a nuisance but it's getting irksome now. Any thoughts, anyone, please? TIA.

I had that screen. The solution I eventually found was to delete the car from 'my garage' on the app (I use Android), and then add the car again by scanning the QR code. I did send Lexus an email asking for a solution to the problems caused by the 'upgrade' - that was two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for a response.
