Tte Door Sills

Hi to all,

Since February this year my car is equipped with these lighted door sills from TTE, a nice blue light shining through the words Lexus. really beautifull.

Untill after only two months, one sill does not light up anymore when opening the door.

No worries I thought TTE, being also Lexus will fix that for me.

I sent it back for warranty.. the answer: we can not repair it for you due to complex problems, and also the part is not in production anymore.

Would you like a credit voucher for that one remaining door sill?

Really unbelievable, only 4 months old!!

This is totally rediculous.

Now I want to know if anybody has such a door sill on stock, I think I can get TTE far enough to buy that door sill to replace my broken one.

Can anybody help out here?
