Spark Plugs Changed .

Got new plugs from Sparkpugs .co.uk...very helpful and quick post...£10.05p each for iridium Denso...Lexus wanted £18 for platinum Denso...had trouble with a couple of the plugs being really stiff to remove rather than simply being tight...felt like I was going to pull out the threads...loosened it a few turns carefully....then squirted WD40 down the hole and left it for a while and moved on to another...I dont think they had been out for a while and no copaslip on them...Did the throttle body clean too...it was real dirty and gummed up in there...car seems to be idling smoother and slower...ticks over around 600 rpm...Job was a couple of hours and I would say to anyone thinking of doing it to go ahead...I would say I am OK but no "supermechanic"...I really like this car now...and Love the sound system...I have rediscovered all my old favourite music...I now have a glove box full to the brim with CDs...The best one being "Shut It"...its music from The Sweeney and I am in my own little cocoon...wonderful !. ..........PS ...The pictorials were very helpful on this site too.
