Transmission Fluid

All the previous "automatic" cars that I have driven have used transmission fluid and have had a dipstick to check the level of that fluid.

I can see nothing similar on the IS250 so:

Question 1 - does it use transmission fluid?

Question 2 - if it does, is there a means of checking the level?

To answer my own questions and in case anyone else is interested.

Question 1 - yes, the IS 250 does use transmission fluid and the system is intended to be sealed for life and will not be touched during service unless something goes wrong.

Question 2 - there is an entry point alongside the drain plug under the transmission casing that allows the level to be checked, but it is not intended to be a driver check item.

The source of my information: the mechanic who serviced my IS250 yesterday and who was kind enough to take me into the workshop and "show and tell" in answer to my various questions.
