Hello.

I’ve got a problem with my lexus Is200, when I drive on uneven road surfaces or come off a hump I hear a clunking sound coming from the back and sometimes the front, any theories on what it could be?

Regards,

Sammi

Check the roll bar drop links

Hello Rob,

Cheers for the information, will get it looked out by my train Mechanic on friend on Saturday , today I had the MOT done, and I got on advice note and it said:

Nearwside rear wheel bearing has slight play-

And another fault is:

Front wheels of your vehicle has only just met the front brake imbalance requirement it would appear that braking system requires adjustment or repair

These two factors apart of the problem then, what's your opinion?

it appears that you have a sticking caliper - any garage should be able to sort that out quite easily. also "slight play" in the rear wheel bearing. have both checked out again at a different garage.... I am sceptical and maybe the guy is trying it on - maybe he is not who knows.....

did the garage offer to fix it for you? and how much
