I would like to know whether is it necessary to change geometry settings for IS250

If yes how do i contact WIM

Well the short answer is that you cannot change the settings as there's no camber adjustment (which the IS200/300 had and Tony used to correct the OEM settings). All it has is toe adjustment, front and rear.

Apart from 4 wheel geometry check and adjust tracking there is only tyre pressures and these may need setting different to Lexus suggestions depending on your driving style and roads ( will effect tyre wear ). Mayve Tony will put some comments on this as he has suggested 2 psi extra for me.

Well like i said the Geometry side of things is fine... But?...... Typically an executive style of car is born around comfort meaning low tyre pressure and the tyres being sacrificial.

Research so far has welcomed a 2psi increase, this may go to three but not until we have more research done.
