Rattle, Knocking From Front Suspension

Hello Lexus lovers :)

My lovely lex has a rattle in the front suspension. I've cleared two MOTs here in sweden and they can't find the problem (any problems by the way :D ). No one seemes to know what it could be. I took a test drive without the ARB with no luck, lexus says that it could be the shock absorber.

But when I read Post 12 I realized since my rattle could be on the left side that it could perhaps be something related with the stering or steringcolum.

Since I live in Sweden my steeringwheel sits on the left, yours on the right.....that got me thinking.....

What do you guys think?
