Wing And Boot Lid Replacement

Recommended Posts

Hi guys.

when i baught my IS200 last year, it either needed the front passenger wing repaired, or replaced, well ive tracked one down on eBay at a great price so im going to replace it. Im fairly good when it comes to car DIY such as body panels and interior bits, however i do leave the engine to experts.

However i just wondered if any of you have replaced the wing, and is there anythin to watch out for, tricky hiden bolts, any tips to make it easier, or is it as simple as it looks.

Also after an argument with a faulty electronic gate i also need the bootlid repaired/replaced, again from the same seller ive got a great deal on the bootlid, again anythin i need to watch out when replacing that, i.e when it comes to the electronic opening of the boot from the keep fob.

Cheers guys, and gals
