Sat Nav Help Needed

hi all , just got my a gs 300 sport mk 2{ upgraded from mk1}

the guy i got the car from told me the sat nav disc was missing, so managed to get the disc off eBay.

let me first point out all the air con and audio functions worked fine on the screen , i just had a message on start up saying check the cd,rom

got the disc today and on attmpting to put it in , one poped out pirst { dam it}

i now get a message on the screen saying set original cd rom, iv got this message if any of the discs are in or out and now i cant get any othe fuctions on the screen ie air con or audio and i cant even turn the system off

any body got any ideas on how to sort this problem

i called lexus dealer and they say they havent heard of this message before
