I did a silly thing a couple of days ago I caught the side of my Lexus LS400 MKIV on the side of the garage whilst garaging the vehicle

Luckily it has not caused any damage to the paint work as it caught the plastic track of the electric doors but has pushed the wing panel in and now I cannot open the front passenger door more than a couple of inches as the leading edge of the door fouls the panel

I've tried pulling the panel out with a suction pad with no avail

Can you get behind the double skin of this panel to push it out it's gone in about a I/4 inch

Any advice would be appreciated to save an expensive job at the local body builders.

Cheers
