Harrier 240g Drive Shafts And Front Tyres

Hi all, this topic may have been covered previously but I am new to this forum so here goes. I bought the Harrier 240G new, some four years ago and I am onto my third set of front only drive shafts. The CV joints are failing after only several thousand miles. The front tyres which were originally Goodyear failed after only 9,000 miles. With that info you may think I am a pedal to the metal type driver, believe me I am not. The car has completed 28,000 miles. If I park it in the sun for a long time the rear door will not open on the automatic button but raises easily using the handle. I am otherwise quite pleased with it and I am looking for a pristine RX300 4x4 if I can find one locally. Peter Lonsdale
