Hi guys,

Have only had my IS200 for 4 days & first spot of bother.

Car seems sluggish to turnover, took it for a run, 8 miles, back home on the driveway, stopped engine, started, 3 times no problems. 4 time hardlty turning over, unable to start? all electrics, lights, dashboard working as normal. Jumps start turns on the key but then again after a shortwhile the same. Could it be the alternator/starter motor? Any help appreciated. Its a 2000 model, 90,000 miles. :crybaby:

Sorted!! Back on the road, was the Battery. Could the Battery have been on since new ? (It was a GS Battery & covered in japanese instructions/stickers?) If so the car is 9 years old??? Anyone know
