Aristo Japanese Audio Display And Interface

Hi All Have had a search through the forums and cant find a solution to this one. I am looking at an aristo v300 and it currently has the head unit sat nav etc in Japanese. I have questions as follows, any help most appreciated: Does this convert to UK / english easially, if not who can do it. Can I buy a system from a scrapped UK spec GS300 navigator, guide price for this system to replace? Does it need band expanders etc. Does anyone have what I need and what cost. Has anyone done this before and documented the ease or the pain of doing it Also the LCD on my GS300(JSZ161) radio is now vertually unreadable. Is there a solution to this that is reasonably cost effective. Or would I have to go to Lexus for a new one? Cheers in anticipation
