Get a blank blade off eBay and transfer the fob (the bit with the buttons on) into the new blade. There should be someone local to you who can cut Lexus keys.

Thanks for the quick reply my main problem is the key housing its cracked so all the key baldes are ok just the housing that need replacing ? my master key is fine just my two spares are mullard at the moment ;)

You can't just buy the plastic housing- they come complete (casing and metal blade). So you will have to get a new blank blade cut.
