Cam And Crank Settings

Hi, I am in the process of fitting a new cam belt on my IS200 1999 model as it snapped last week. thought I would try one just to see if any good. I need to set Cam and Crank up.

Crank has 2 marks on it but no yellow paint on either of them, so unsure which one to set that to?

Need to clarify how to set the Cam up as it has a dot but does this rotate 180 compared to 360 on the crank?

Please can anyone help me set the timing up from scratch as I am bamboozled, can't seem to find any information on it.

if your belts snapped you might aswell take the head off you will have bent valves!!!
