Changing the diameter of the wheel+tyre will throw out your speedo/odometer.

Don't know if they will fit. You don't see too many GS with wheels bigger than 18" in the UK. Maybe worth asking people at clublexus in the US. There are many people there with 19" and 20" wheels.

Yes they will fit, you lucky *****, lol. I just got some 19''s on my gs400 with 245/35/r19 and i think its too rough too. I got the yokohama avs sports now i have to wait till these ware out, then i plan on getting 245/40/19 tires. now if you'll excuse me i need to go hit some curves, lol.
