Ls400 '96 Problem Of Rear Armrest Cupholder

My '96 REAR ARMREST CUPHOLDER doesn't work even I push many times. I try to pull out the entire cup holder from 2 sides by screw driver with strong force, but it can't out ...!!! Does it easy to dis-assemble ??? Anyone has experience on it, Pls advise how to solve this problem ...???
