Hello all,

after a long time looking for the right GS300, finally got a nice car....and to make the car sweeter its had an LPG conversion only problem is it wont switch to LPG!!!

I was aware of this when i got the car but went ahead thinking it cant be much to put right but it seems the maker of the system went bust and i wondered if anyone out there might have the same system or know what

the fault could be??

The system is subelle and theres another part with the name poliauto.

there is also a tag in the engine bay with the name fleet auto gas i have looked on the net and can find nothing!!!!

Any advice please???

I guess the first thing to check is that the switch is actually working. Unplug it and stick a continuity meter on it while switching it on and off. If that's working then connect it back up and gradually work your way towards wherever the wires go checking at each point.

It sounds like the stop solenoid valve not opening, you need to have the system checked out by a qualified LPG installer as the systems use a separate ECU it's hard to pinpoint a problem.

In my experience LPG systems are a royal pain in the rear :duh:
