Hi, finally got my is 250 se-l friday and can say i am dead chuffed with it, just got a couple of questions,

The instrument panel dimmer switch obviously dims the counters but when you turn it to full brightness you can then turn it once more so it clicks, anyone know what that final click does?

Also when the dealer was showing me the controls he brought something up on the display that had " country road, main road and motorway" in it to set some feature.

I think it's something to do with the rev or speedo flashing when you get to a certain speed, i know you can do it with the button that alters the parking sensors and daytime running lights but cant seem to get the display to show.

Sorry for being so long winded

Thanks Andy

Welcome imtrappin and congrats on your new baby :)

i believe you are referring to the tachometer you can find the control for this to right of the steering wheel it has a <0> symbol.

Don't have the user manual to hand but you will find the info for it in there.

Hi, the final click on the dimmer control also keeps the multi function display screen in daylight mode and stops it

changing to night mode when the lights come on. thats what happens on my 10 reg 220d F Sport.
