Service Of Sc430

Hi

I am a newbie to this great site. I bought my SC430 almost 1 year ago and it is the best car I have ever owned before I have had a BMW, Jaguar, Supra, Audi, and Volvo's. It has 31000 miles on. It was last serviced when I bought it. I only do about 2500 to 3500 miles per year. How often do you think I should have it serviced and should I take it to a main dealer or an independant garage? Does any one have any suggestions where to take it? I live only a few miles south of Leeds.

Lexus dealers have a 'Essential Care' service plan you can use for low mileage cars. Given them a call, and also negotiate on price. It's always worked for me, just tell them you'll go to an independent, or they can have the business at a reasonable price. I live in Surrey so don't know anyone in your area. I've also found their fixed pricing to be exactly that, you pay what they quote, and they've never 'found' extra items on my car.
