Hi! My name is Maciek. Im looking for my first lexus. Im looking for is200 with automatic gearbox. Im thinkin that car will be around 2000 year. Could someone tel me what should look at when i will go watch some car? How much should cost me car in that year and engine? Sorry for mistakes but im not from Uk. I will buy it here, thats why im asking you guys.

I always love japan cars so this is for me. Im in uk since 5 months. I have exacly 1500 so there is chance to find one in good condition?

You should get a good one with decent history for £1500 :)

Its realy hard for me to buy car in diffrent country, should i look warranty car?

To get a decent one for £1500 I think you'd have to risk it and buy privately so no warranty. And if you did buy from a dealer for £1500 I'd expect you'd only get a 3 month warranty

Definitely try and get a full service history... I went for a FSH and ive had mine for 18 months now and i've literally replaced nothing, just an MOT and service. mine cost £1350 so i'm well happy with that ;-)

When looking at a car you may buy... Look through the paperwork and find the service book. Look to see if the service history is up to date

Thats the one, mine had been stamped all the way up until the current mileage and mainly by a Lexus dealer... the car doesnt miss a beat, probably the best purchase ive ever made ;-)

Streange that its show computer trip, which if i know right hasn't there, and there is 4 gear automatic gearbox, not 5. I have more than 120 miles to that car and dont want to travel just to see scrap ...

Maybe someone who is living in peterborough could spend his 10 minutes and watch it ? i know that im asking much, but i have realy problem with getting there and if i will travel so far i would be dissapointed to see not car as described. I wrote to seller, hi respond only " Car is fine " which dont make me fell better. Price is realy low and its little disturbing speciali that is 02 plate. I can se on pictures that right doors for driver side have a little darker colour and i think it was painted there but could be wrong
