Nice read and further backs up what we all know and love about the car already. Vredestien ultrac sessanta tyres can be had on the front for 155/corner and 177/corner on the rears so no need to pay 250/corner for some!

Thats a good price for the Vredesteins Stuart...where are you getting them for that price? And is that just for the tyres and no fitting?

That's just for tyres but Lexus service centre charges me £4/corner to fit!

Getting them from camskill or black circles at the moment.

Stu

Lexus fitting the tyres for those prices sounds a great deal. I have to take my wife's RX in tomorrow for it's service so will as them then. Thanks Stuart .

Hmm, £4 a corner is great value. I am currently awaiting a reply from the Lexus dealer I bought from as the rear wheels are the wrong way round (they changed the rear tyres as part of the prep) and I believe the tyres are directional so it's not a simple case of swapping the wheels round. If my local Lexus dealer will do the pair for £8 I won't hang about for a reply!

The alloys are directional but the tyres aren't. I've had it twice now where the wheel refurb comapany have put them on the wrong side and have had to swap them over. It's just the front and rears that are different sizes.

Thanks Andy, I will double check. I have Bridgestone Potenzas. So these are neither directional nor asymmetric, so I can simply swap the wheels round?

That's right..running the same tyres on mine and no issues swapping them. As long as you can see the OUTSIDE writing on the sidewall all is good.
