Engine Running Rough/trembling During Acceleration

Regards to you all,
I have this annoying issue with my IS 200 auto that i am trying to sort our for almost a year, engine starts and runs smoothly on idle, when i push the accelerator especially when car is not moving , at around 2500 to 3000 rpm, the engine is running rough/trembling , fills like is unbalanced, above that rpm it seems to be fine. The issue is more noticeable when engine is cold. At cruising speed (3000 to 4000 rpm) engine is smooth. I took advice from quite a few garages and i replaced all coil plugs,
cleaned the fuel injectors cleaned the vvti oil valve. Fuel consumption is normal.

Somebody else told me that it might be the engine mounts but is hard to believe so, as i do not have any other noise coming from the engine.
The only other issue i have with my car engine is that it consumes some oil, in the mornings when car is cold i can see some white smoke coming out from the exhaust it stops afer a few min, don't know if this is relevant to the trembling issue.
I will be very happy to hear any advices especially from other owners that have same or similar problems.

Thanks Athos
