  1. Here's a little fun game for you all, just to pass a bit of time http://www.ebaumsworld.com/sloyd.html FYI, I just managed to get it down to 113 moves.
  2. If you were to go full throttle I think a 5lb tank would last about 40-60 seconds. Maybe wrong, perhaps Paul can confirm that as he did a fair bit of research when he had it. The NOS was in his IS300, heres the link to his page Nitrous Project
  3. merits - instant power for low cost downside - having to re-fill the bottle what other upgrades are required, if any? i thought NOS could only be used in the highest gear...or is that rubbish??? rubbish....... normally full throttle, any gear ......not sure about reverse though another downside is cost of filling bottles and limited short use would be great if it went in reverse!!! so what kinda bhp gains can u achieve from a NOS installation,,, i understand the gains are only temporary. - but i guess thats the benefit of a s/c etc. You just get different jets depending how much extra you want. Believe they start at 25bhp and now go upto 175bhp but as you say just for short bursts. You can certainly tell when it kicks in, your thrust back into your seat.
  4. I have them also. Though they are in the boot of the car :duh: Should be going on tomorrow along with the Mintex Disc. Pads on ebay - HERE - £25 Discs and pads - Here - £105 I bought my pads from these guys, delivery the next day.
  5. Looking very dapper mate. Liking that colour, thats the one we were looking at in Stoke. In the sunlight it is really deep. You'll be able to come to the Nottingham mini meets now :D
  6. Welcome to LOC, thats the best place to start, plenty of things to look out for
  7. Manifold perhaps. I know Fargo had NOS on his car, not sure if it was the 200 or 300. Think your still looking at around £600 for a decent kit and then £300-500 for a progressive controller.
  8. It'll only work if you have the 20 pin radio connector, not if you have the old 18pin.
  9. Its not too bad a drive, Took me 2 hours last time I think. Just be careful of the mobile police camera vans on the bridges over the M6 Toll. Tony will get you sorted, top bloke.
  10. Huh? Those cops must have a field day stopping every other car on the street.
  11. Its looking good mate, don't think i've seen any pics of your car yet.
